Had to document our first flood in our brand new home.
Our washer leaked big time, so we had to rip out the flooring in the kitchen,
laundry room, and our bathroom because the water leaked through the walls
between our laundry room and bathroom. Even the crawl space down below the
house needed dried. It was a big hairy, inconvenient mess, but thankfully
the insurance came through.
We learned our lesson though...just buy the new washer.
